Google Maps has decided to randomly rename lots of railway stations in London after nearby bus stops. We also have a bonus triplication of the caption for New Cross station!
Not just London! I haven't yet noticed any in Manchester, but I did notice that Leeds has been renamed "Leeds City Centre, S6 Leeds Station Interchange (N-bound)" today.
They seem to have automated applying single labels to multiple objects that are geographically close and share some kind of tag: in this case, 'Public Transport'.
This probably worked OK when it was tested in cities with sparse public transport... Which means its probably working just fine in the USA: it could be a while before Google see fit to fix it.

And clicking on them brings up the popup for the bus stop, not the station!
I do wonder what they are smoking.
