Today's Google Maps fail

morwenGoogle Maps has decided to randomly rename lots of railway stations in London after nearby bus stops. We also have a bonus triplication of the caption for New Cross station!

And clicking on them brings up the popup for the bus stop, not the station!
I do wonder what they are smoking.

Date: 2012-04-11 06:58 am (UTC)This probably worked OK when it was tested in cities with sparse public transport... Which means its probably working just fine in the USA: it could be a while before Google see fit to fix it.
